Prices are displayed in NZD, AUD, or USD depending on your location. While we aim for accuracy, we reserve the right to correct any errors. If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you with the option to proceed or cancel your order.

Product Information
We strive to ensure all descriptions, images, and details are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all content is free from errors or omissions.

Charms & Clasps
Our charms and clasps are quality-tested, but due to their small and delicate nature, they may loosen or detach if not handled carefully.

We are not responsible for items that are lost, damaged, or separated after delivery.

If you believe an item is faulty upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos so we can assess it under our warranty policy.

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or failure to follow care instructions are not considered faults.

 

4. Orders & Payment

Order Acceptance
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Payment
All payments must be made through the methods provided at checkout. By purchasing, you confirm you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping
Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces, please allow up to 1-3 days for dispatch.

Delivery
Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services. Please contact the carrier directly for tracking or delivery issues.

 

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Refunds
Refunds are assessed by our team via email. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to process.

Exclusions
The following are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

• Custom or personalised pieces
• Sale items
• Earrings
• Damaged items not due to a manufacturing fault

Afterpay Purchases
Orders paid via Afterpay are eligible for store credit only.
