Processing

All orders are carefully made and packed by Dee in our Auckland studio. Please allow 1-2 business days for this process, or up to 3-4 business days for handmade and limited edition piece, including custom charm builder jewellery. Orders are sent with NZ post or DHL via a tracked service. Once you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation email and once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch email with your tracking information. Please remember to check your junk/spam inbox.

Shipping rates & times

New Zealand: FREE WITH ORDERS OVER $150

Tracked Courier: $8
Estimated delivery between 1-2 business days (excludes weekends and public holidays). Tracking number will be provided in dispatch email. Please note the delivery timeframe begins after our processing period of 1-2 business days.

Australia: FREE WITH ORDERS OVER $200

Tracked courier delivery: $30 Estimated delivery between 4-10 business days (excludes weekends and public holidays). Tracking number will be provided in dispatch email. Due to customs and courier handover delays, the timeframe may be extended during busier periods. Please note the delivery timeframe begins after our processing period of 1-2 business days.

REST OF THE WORLD: FREE WITH ORDERS OVER $250

Tracked courier delivery: $50 Estimated delivery between 7-10 business days (excludes weekends and public holidays). Tracking number will be provided in dispatch email. Due to customs and courier handover delays, the timeframe may be extended during busier periods. Please note the delivery timeframe begins after our processing period of 1-2 business days.
