Returns Policy

At Remi, all returns, refunds, and exchanges are assessed on a case-by-case basis and must be approved via email prior to sending any item back.

Refunds

Full-priced (non-customised) items may be eligible for a refund if returned within 7 days of delivery.

You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to request approval.

Refunds will only be processed once the item has been received and assessed to be in unworn, resaleable condition with original packaging and tags.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your handcrafted piece for a different design, we’re happy to assist.

All exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items must be returned using tracked shipping in a padded parcel, as Remi is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Sale items
  • Personalised or custom pieces

Condition of Returns

Items must be returned in original, unworn condition.

Additional Notes

Tarnishing is not considered a fault, as it can occur due to exposure to water, chemicals, or improper care. Please refer to Materials & Care for more information.

Remi is not responsible for damage caused by wear and tear, mishandling, or failure to follow care instructions.

Policy Enforcement

We reserve the right to refuse any return, exchange, or repair if the item does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
